RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS: We do not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us! We'll be happy to make it right.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation is available up to 6 hours after the order is placed with no penalty.
Since all of these items are made custom to your request, I do get started working on them as soon as possible. Therefore, acceptance of cancellation of orders more than 6 hours after ordering are taken on a case-by-case basis. All orders that are cancelled after 6 hours of ordering are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES: If you are offered a replacement, unfortunately, due to individuals taking advantage of kindness to make situations correct, replacement items must be the exact same as ordered unless the issue was due to an unexpected color or if you were sent the wrong color/item entirely.
